By accessing or using the Tichuk platform — including our website (https://www.tichuk.app), WhatsApp bot, clinic dashboard, and TichukFamily service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

These Terms apply to all users: clinic administrators, registered doctors, parents/guardians, and TichukFamily members.

Tichuk is a vaccine reminder platform designed to help parents and caregivers stay informed about their children's immunisation schedules as recommended by the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP).

Our services include:

• WhatsApp-based vaccine reminder messages sent to registered parents
• A clinic management dashboard for doctors and healthcare providers
• TichukFamily — a direct enrollment service for parents without a clinic
• Child health profile management and vaccine schedule tracking

Tichuk is a reminder and information service only. We are not a healthcare provider, medical advisor, or diagnostic service.

You should always:

• Consult your registered paediatrician or healthcare provider before administering any vaccine
• Follow your doctor's specific recommendations, which may differ from the standard IAP schedule based on your child's individual health needs
• Not delay or skip a vaccine solely based on a reminder or the absence of one from Tichuk

Tichuk is not responsible for any medical decisions made based on reminders sent through this platform.

By enrolling via our WhatsApp bot (scanning a clinic QR code or messaging through TichukFamily), you explicitly consent to:

• Receiving automated WhatsApp messages from Tichuk's registered business number (+91 93252 17640)
• Receiving vaccine reminders 3 days before, 1 day before, and on the due date of each scheduled vaccine
• Receiving follow-up messages for overdue vaccines (up to 7 days after the due date)
• Receiving occasional service-related updates (no promotional messages)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Tichuk message. Once opted out, you will not receive further reminders. You can re-enable reminders by replying START.

Reminder delivery depends on WhatsApp availability, network connectivity, and your device settings. Tichuk cannot guarantee delivery of every message.

To provide the service, we collect and store the following information:

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, medical records, or biometric data.

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers hosted in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted database storage
• HTTPS-only data transmission
• Role-based access controls (clinic staff can only access their own patients)
• No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

Data may be shared with our messaging provider (MSG91) solely for the purpose of delivering WhatsApp messages. MSG91 processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@tichuk.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Clinics and healthcare providers using Tichuk's dashboard agree to:

• Obtain informed consent from parents before enrolling them on the platform
• Ensure the QR codes are displayed only in appropriate clinical settings
• Not use Tichuk for any purpose other than vaccine reminder management
• Keep their clinic credentials secure and not share login access
• Promptly notify Tichuk of any suspected unauthorised access

Tichuk reserves the right to suspend clinic accounts that violate these obligations.

Vaccine due dates are calculated based on the child's date of birth and the standard IAP 2024 immunisation schedule. Please note:

• Reminders are activated from the date of enrollment onwards. Vaccines that were already due before enrollment will not automatically trigger a reminder.
• The IAP schedule is a general guideline. Your doctor may recommend a different schedule.
• Tichuk does not verify whether a vaccine has actually been administered unless you reply DONE to confirm it.
• Technical outages may occasionally delay or prevent message delivery. Tichuk is not liable for missed reminders due to platform downtime.

All content, design, code, branding, logos, and materials on the Tichuk platform are the exclusive property of Tichuk and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Tichuk content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the WhatsApp bot or dashboard
• Submit false or misleading information during enrollment
• Use Tichuk to send unsolicited messages to others

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tichuk and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any missed vaccination due to non-delivery of a reminder
• Any adverse health outcome arising from following or not following a reminder
• Loss of data due to technical failure
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you to Tichuk in the 3 months preceding the claim, if any.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes, we will notify enrolled users via WhatsApp message.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Tichuk platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
